A beautiful place in Pune was all I needed at the moment, and then I came across  Unique K Ville a lovely apartment about to be completed in a well-known place called Ravet. The site has its beauty, but I need to look at the investment amount, so that’s when I made a decision to go with this place. Pune is a beautiful place to be in, and being in Mumbai for a good period of time, now it’s time for me to shift to Pune for my work.

I was investing all my savings in this home, and the apartment had multiple options from 2,2.5 and 3 BHK.  The place was Near Varad Hospital & Critical Care, Dehu Road, Ravet, Pune, and I was planning to get a 2 BHK for me and my parents to live peacefully without any hassle. My parents have worked extremely hard to give me a peaceful and convenient life, and this is my time to provide them with a spacious and luxurious place in Unique K Ville. 

Starting up, I was doing my research and looking for a peaceful place that is away from noise and greenery. This place was a complete package of modern amenities where I got all the expected services, and I could conveniently live there with my parents. 

How Unique K Ville Was The Most Convenient Option For Me? 

The place had its beauty as I was getting a luxurious experiment, which was surrounded by greenery and fresh air. For an extended time, we have lived here in Mumbai, where life is quite happening, and everything is moving pretty, but as of now, I’m moving to Pune. I wanted a peaceful and slow and steady energy for me and my parents, and this apartment was the perfect place we could move in. 

The project has some excellent benefits, and it’s a good investment for me and my parents. I wanted an area which is Near Dhanwantari Hospital, and this was the right option to go for.

To start with there’s Bike and Car Parking and the water supply is Corporation and Borewell there’s one Building with total 300 units. The Project Area is 7.50 acres, and there’s Gated Security for people around. We get a Rainwater harvesting, an excellent initiative to use our resources right. There’s Amphitheater and intercom available. Total security with Fire safety is offered at this place. There’s a Clubhouse where people can meet and enjoy without any hassle. 

There’s a beautiful Swimming pool for people to hang out and have fun. There’s again a fantastic initiative as we have a 

Sewage treatment plant for proper control. There’s a Common garden for evening and morning strolls. There’s an Aerobics room

And a Community hall for getting together and connecting. As a fitness enthusiast, I wanted a Gym, and with Unique K Ville, we have a beautiful gym here. Thread a CCTV camera and a lot of indoor games which people can enjoy. 

All of this was available for society members, and this was enough for me to convince my parents to get a home here. My parents will have a convenient life here, and after I saw the layout, I was convinced that I wanted to spend the rest of my life here. My partner and my kids in the future will have a good space here. All these amenities from this spacious place convinced me to invest here, and now we’re proceeding towards getting the home. I’m sure this place is going to do wonders for me and my family and I’m going to have the best time of my life.
